About this Stellamore T950S projector list
Header: Stellamore T950S projector (Droidlogic be30a3, ro.product.devicetype=T950S, Amlogic txhd2)
Android 13 (API 33, armeabi-v7a). Firmware fingerprint: Android/r34a1/r34a1:5.1.1/LMY47V/20220912:userdebug/test-keys ro.stellamore.devicetype=STM930M8001_HTP_A3_WZATCO ~1 GB RAM. Sold as a "4K" projector box; usually arrives with a third-party launcher (com.overdevs.at4k) already set as Home and the stock Zeasn launcher already disabled. Everything is disabled with `pm disable-user`, never uninstalled. Tested 2026-10-19. Device-specific names: stock launcher : com.zeasn.whale.saas (pass it to restore.sh / build-and-install) Live TV app : com.droidlogic.android.tv keystone/geometry: com.droidlogic.keystone <-- KEEP, disabling breaks the projected image sideload tile : com.droidlogic.appinstall ("AppInsta..."), File Manager: com.stellamore.filemanager com.hysd.client + com.hysd.hyscreen (hysd.cn "HYSDVAFocus") are a voice/focus pair and are LEFT ON. Adware found here: both the Zeasn "App Store" (TvStore_zeasn) and the stock Zeasn launcher (TvLauncher_zeasn) bundle Google's Ads/AdMob SDK (com/google/ads/*) and call googleads.g.doubleclick.net, ad.doubleclick.net and dai.google.com. Both are priv-apps that ask for SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW + INSTALL_PACKAGES and register a BOOT_COMPLETED receiver.
Before you run it: every package below is disabled, not uninstalled. Comment out (prefix with #) any line for an app you use. Never disable the Play Store, Play Services, the on-screen keyboard or the TV input services that play HDMI. Switch USB debugging off when you are done.

Apply the Stellamore T950S projector debloat
Turn on Developer options on the TV (Settings → Device Preferences → About → press OK on Build seven times), switch on USB debugging and, if shown, Network or ADB debugging. Then, from a clone of the cleanyourtv repository on a computer on the same Wi-Fi:
export TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 # your TV's IP address
tools/venv/bin/python -I tools/tv.py --probe
tools/disable.sh examples/stellamore-t950s/debloat.txt Then build and install the clean launcher, which makes itself the default Home and rolls back if it fails:
TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 launcher/build-and-install.sh Prefer to let an assistant do it? Paste the cleanyourtv prompt into Claude Code with "Stellamore T950S projector" as the model; it reads this list, checks each package on your TV and asks before anything that depends on your preferences.
Restore the Stellamore T950S projector
TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 tools/restore.sh examples/stellamore-t950s/debloat.txt The restore script replays the state recorded before the change, so Home goes back to the launcher that owned it. More in the restore guide and the Android debloat guide.
